Federal - Provincial elected interests there or appointed to represent 

Represent with connected political parties holding seats & arguing for 

Local reference MP - MPP which connect Federally

Parliment connecting to local areas in grids outward 

Communities need to meet & vote locally on matters & it needs to be expressed in Federal decisions rather than ignored per quarter & annually rather than provate & shadow inrerests lobbying based on the interest of few over many for a majority over minoroty then subsidy for minorities 

Canada is more European International than USA & on a smaller more State sized scale if compared to USA in translation 


BEST COURSE OF ACTION - DOMESTIC FIRST

International stakeholders influencing or taking control from the inside out & outside in is often counrer productive to best course of action

We need environment & health then security with dollars

If the money is there we can. If it is not we cannot 

Fair gentrification tiers not targeted in controlled gentrification for Affordability with a foundation
